The apartment is located in the historical and colorful Cabanyal neighborhood at 500m of the beach and harbour of Valencia. “Cabanyal” offers lots of little shops, the lively mercado of Cabanyal and typical bars and restaurants to enjoy a great day out. The City of Science and Art is located at 3 km and Barrio del Carmen and the trendy Ruzafa at 4 km.
The renovation of the apartment was completed in October 2018 which completely uplifted the distribution, style and luxury.

Valencia just has a edge over Madrid as it has the possibility to tour safely by bike. Valencia is a nice&small city and it has the beach & sea! Valencia is such a delicious place!
